The primary responsibility of the Outreach Coordinator is to provide outreach services to runaway and homeless youth and to coordinate services for youth participating in CYDC’s emergency shelter programs. The Outreach Coordinator will provide services to include: street outreach, attendance at outreach events, coordination of referrals, collaboration on coordinated entry with partner staff, diversion services, intake documentation, resource navigation, coordination of services and program exit documentation and referrals. The position operates under the supervision of the Residential Director.
