Four of our CYDC teens performed their original song “Another Day” during pre-game and halftime of several of the CAA Basketball Tournament games over March 4-5 at North Charleston Coliseum.
Budding musicians Gabrielle, Quintin, Calvin and Isaiah wrote the lyrics and collaborated with our community partner Carolina Studios to arrange and record the song in its satellite music studio on CYDC’s campus.
Carolina Studios also provided the opportunity for the group to perform their song live as part of the Lowcountry Youth Showcase which featured local talent.
